Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Capital Healthcare Solutions Inc. in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was retaliated against for using Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) protected leave. The Plaintiff was diagnosed with kidney stones and his doctor instructed him that he could not return to work. The Plaintiff kept his company apprised of his situation. The Plaintiff returned to work as soon as he was medically cleared to do so. However, when the Plaintiff returned to work he was immediately terminated.
