Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Jones Consultant in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in violation of Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Plaintiff was terminated because he was 52 years old. The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was “bad-mouthed” by a fellow employee. Plaintiff complained numerous times, yet nothing was done. Plaintiff was subsequently terminated for making a comment about said employee. Plaintiff was terminated for his comment, yet the complaint alleges that other, younger employees, swear and make threatening comments on a daily basis and are not terminated. Plaintiff was singled out and treated differently because of his age.
