KM&A files lawsuit against MAJIK Enterprises International, Inc.
Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against MAJIK Enterprises International, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was discriminated against and retaliated against due to Plaintiff’s complaints to upper management regarding discrimination on the basis of her sex in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Equal Pay Act of 1963. Plaintiff complained numerous times regarding pay disparities between herself and similarly situated male employees. Plaintiff was terminated in retaliation for her complaints regarding the pay disparity.
